General condition and any additional information

Im the third owner of this Beneteau First 235. It spent its early years on Lake Lanier, GA, and then its 2nd owner, a lawyer, kept it for a few years on Mobile Bay, AL. I bought it January 2004, over the Internet, and had it trailered down to Key West, FL. I have a clear Florida title for the boat and current registrations for the boat and trailer. ​Im selling her because Ill be working overseas. Standard features

1992 Beneteau First 235 (LOA 234; hull #429 of 451 built 1978-92 in S. Carolina) — Fully equipped, Sail-away condition: UK-Halsey laminate main sail, blade jib and Code Zero; standard and oversized asymmetrical spinnakers; new standing rigging and lifelines. NACA-profiled wing keel and rudder. 2017: NewGlass 2 hull treatment and CopperCoat 10-year epoxy bottom paint. 2016: Tohatsu Sail Pro 6hp, 25 extra long shaft, flush kit. Shoreline galvanized trailer: new wheels, tires, disc brake system, trailer lock, LED lighting and bunk carpets; auxiliary cut-down Hobie mast for raising and lowering mainmast.

OEM vinyl replacement headliner on closed cell foam, marine wire re-wiring. Two first aid kits and marine medical guide, flare gun and flares, 6 lifejackets, handheld spotlight, binoculars, Loos rig tension gauge, 2 fire extinguishers, 2 canvas buckets, 3 winch handles (2 floating), telescoping boathook, telescoping deck brush; 12 volt interior fan, windsock ventilator for front hatch, companionway screen insert; Manta foldable, dismountable Sunbrella sunshade. Sunbrella winch and tiller covers, motor cover; large and small bumpers, dock lines, extra fuses, stainless steel tools and a bin of ss fittings and fasteners. Waterproof handheld DHC-VHF w/GPS, electronic flare, premium throwable cushion. Two 3-ring binders of manuals and receipts. (She suffered only a bent stanchion In Hurricane Irma, since then OEM replaced.)

Schaefer CF500 roller furler (jib), Selden GX7.5 continuous line curler (Code Zero), ATN spinnaker snuffer; Lewmar self-tailing primary winches, dual Lewmar secondary winches, dual Spinlock XAS triple rope clutches, Harken Carbo blocks. US Spars solid boom vang, upgraded mast base, gooseneck, upper mast exit box. Custom 4-post bow pulpit, aluminum bowsprit and raisable rudder. Tillermate, LED stern and anchor lights. Richie compass w/cover, Mariner depth sounder and knot meter w/covers. All ports re-bedded on silicon rubber w/stainless steel fasteners. Rebuilt Lewmar bow hatch by Hatchmasters, cockpit Lewmar opening port added for aft cabin. Masthead mounted Windex.
